After struggling mightily for nearly three quarters and falling behind 21-3 to Virginia Tech at home, NC State (6-2, 2-2 ACC) rallied to score three touchdowns in nine minutes, and secured a 22-21 win. True freshman quarterback MJ Morris came off the bench and led the way offensively, completing 20-of-29 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns.

The Wolfpack's receiving corps also stepped up down the stretch in the win. Thayer Thomas tallied 10 receptions for 118 yards and two scores, while Devin Carter finished with five receptions for 62 yards, and true freshman receiver Terrell Timmons Jr. added two catches for 51 yards -- including a 43-yarder for the longest play of the night.

After nearly three years of recruiting Dennis Parker III, NC State finally landed the four-star wing from Richmond (VA) John Marshall moments ago. Cory Smith and Miles Masercola jump on an emergency podcast to discuss the Wolfpack's first commitment in the 2023 class.

Just how important was it for Kevin Keatts and the staff to land Parker? What does he bring to the program that's missing? Who does he compare to from the Pack's past? Can this help to keep turning the tide in the Commonwealth of Virginia? We touch on all that and more in this podcast!

What should the Pack do at quarterback if Devin Leary is out moving forward? How critical was the second half for the Pack defense? Just how good has Christopher Dunn been this season for the Pack? We recap all of that and hand out helmet stickers for the win.

NC State returns home this Saturday after its first loss on the road at Clemson with a hungry Florida State team coming to Raleigh. NC State was so close on multiple opportunities to claw its way back into the game on Saturday night against Clemson, but ultimately fell 30-20 in Death Valley. The Wolfpack's offense was anemic in the second half, leading to State's defense getting picked apart by Clemson.

Cory and Michael take a look back on what went wrong at Memorial Stadium, who to place the blame on for the offense, the Pack's defensive performance and look ahead to the next few weeks in the Postgame Podcast.
